Purchasing our grass-fed lambs

Our lambs are pasture-raised on a grass diet. Lambs receive no grain, and are hormone and antibiotic free. They are delicately flavored, lean and tender, with fine-grained meat. Lambs are available April-June in most years, either by reservation (a $25 deposit is required) or on a first-come, first-served basis.

Whole lambs weigh 70-105 pounds, for 35-55 pounds hanging weight (meat plus bone). The butcher can cut up the lamb to include bones in chops and roasts, or exclude the bone. If the lamb is boned out, it will weigh 20-40 pounds, and will take about as much room in your freezer as 6-8 half-gallon ice cream containers.

Please call or email for current prices and availability.
